I just got done watching a show on the History Channel about some Peace Corps volunteers in Albania when the country fell apart and basically into anarchy. I'm guessing that's not a common experience for Peace Corps volunteers, but just curious if anyone has had any experiences like that, what kind of contigency plans there are for that sort of thing, etc. Thanks.
